BitGo CEO warns Clarity failure exposed capital markets to systemic risk

BitGo CEO Mike Belshe said Clarity’s failure left capital markets exposed to systemic risk, in part because one firm held exchange, brokerage, and custody functions, The Block reported.

Belshe warned the resulting risks could be worse than Lehman, according to The Block.
