Ethereum L2 Blast plans shutdown after costs outpace revenue

Ethereum Layer 2 network Blast is winding down after its costs exceeded its revenue, according to The Block.
The Block reports that users will have until Oct. 26 to withdraw via the Blast app.
The shutdown follows the network’s decision to end operations as ongoing spending outpaced income.
