Gordon Ramsay’s UK restaurants narrow losses as sales near £101m
The operator reduced UK losses to £5.8m from £9.4m, while revenue rose 3% to almost £101m.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants said its UK unit remained in the red last year even as sales topped £100m for the first time. The company narrowed UK losses to £5.8m from £9.4m the year before.
The outlet count and top line also moved, with sales rising 3% to almost £101m. The group attributed trading support to the airing of a Netflix documentary and the opening of its 100th restaurant outlet.
The company said it has 34 UK outlets, including the Savoy Grill, Pétrus, and several Lucky Cat restaurants. In a note, CEO Andy Wenlock pointed to a “challenging macro environment” but said the group began 2026 with strong momentum and clear priorities.
