Nong Geng Ji signs retail lease for 9,900 SF at 365 W 46th St
The asking rent is $55,000 per month, and the tenant will open its three-level flagship in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen along Restaurant Row.
Commercial Observer reports that Nong Geng Ji, a Hunan cuisine brand, has signed a 9,900-square-foot retail lease at 365 West 46th Street in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood.
The outlet says the three-level space will serve as the brand's flagship New York City location, with the asking rent set at $55,000 per month.
According to Commercial Observer, Meridian Capital Group represented the tenant, while Lee & Associates NYC represented the landlord, Lucky 11 Group, and the lease term was not disclosed.
Meridian's tenant broker said Restaurant Row is one of Manhattan's most competitive dining corridors and that a space of this size rarely becomes available there.
