ConnectCRE reports leasing has started for the first phase of The Wentwood at Fields West, a residential component of the larger development in Frisco.

The outlet says units at The Wentwood are expected to be ready for move-in in January, while additional phases are scheduled to open throughout 2027 and into 2028.

ConnectCRE adds the Class A apartment community, developed by Columbus Realty Partners, is being built along Wentwood Avenue above restaurants and shops planned for Fields West.

The planned amenity package includes three swimming pools, three fitness centers, coworking areas, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and resident and sky lounges.
