Greenfield files Swiss complaint over Safe Ecosystem Foundation board changes

Greenfield says it filed a regulatory complaint in Switzerland involving Safe Ecosystem Foundation governance.

The Defiant reports that Greenfield asked the Safe Ecosystem Foundation to remove Gnosis co-founder Stefan George from its board and to add independent members.

Greenfield says each of its governance requests was rejected by the foundation.

Greenfield frames the Swiss complaint as a response to that board and membership dispute.
