Agora’s OCC approval supports planned AUSD move to US trust bank
The planned US trust bank would assume issuance and reserves from Agora’s Bermuda entity once capital, liquidity, and compliance conditions are met.
The Defiant reports that Agora’s planned AUSD setup has advanced after it received an OCC approval tied to a move to a US trust bank.
According to The Defiant, the planned bank would take over issuance and reserves from Agora’s Bermuda entity.
The outlet adds that the US bank must meet capital, liquidity, and compliance conditions before it can open.
