Bill would bar federal candidates from trading prediction markets tied to elections
Rep. Don Davis has introduced legislation that would bar federal candidates and their families from trading prediction market contracts linked to their own elections, according to The Block.
The proposal would extend the trading restriction to family members of the candidates, aiming to prevent conflicts of interest connected to election-linked prediction contracts.
