Erland Construction to build 155-unit Vantage multifamily in Dedham

The Vantage project will total 218,000 square feet and include structured parking for 119 vehicles, along with demolition of an existing building on the site.

Erland Construction, working with long-time client Nordblom Company and in collaboration with Stantec, will build a new multifamily residential community called Vantage in Dedham, Massachusetts, according to ConnectCRE.

The project calls for a four-story wood- and steel-frame building spanning 218,000 square feet, with 155 apartment units, and it is designed to meet Dedham’s stringent energy code standards.

Vantage will feature amenities including a fitness center, resident lounge, outdoor gathering spaces, and structured parking for 119 vehicles, and the scope also includes demolition of an existing building and site improvements to Stergis Way.

ConnectCRE said the development is intended to support the Town of Dedham’s continued investment in smart, sustainable growth and resilient infrastructure.
