Rocket Mortgage appoints Nicole Beattie chief servicing officer

Beattie will oversee a servicing portfolio of $2 trillion in unpaid principal balance across 9.1 million loans.

Rocket Mortgage appointed Nicole Beattie as its chief servicing officer, tasking her with leading the company’s servicing operations, according to HousingWire. Beattie will oversee a $2 trillion servicing portfolio, covering 9.1 million loans, based on figures reported as of June 30, after Rocket Mortgage’s 2025 acquisition of Mr. Cooper Group. HousingWire also reports Rocket’s servicing business now handles one in six outstanding mortgages in the U.S. In the role, Beattie will oversee teams responsible for monthly payments, escrow, taxes and insurance, as well as loss mitigation, HousingWire said. Beattie joined Rocket 22 years ago and previously led the servicing team and other groups, including later serving as CEO of Rocket Close.
