The Federal Reserve released the minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee meeting held on September 15 to 16, 2026, according to the Fed.

The minutes were published at 2:00 p.m. EDT, the release states.

The Fed said that minutes are generally published about three weeks after the day of the policy decision for regularly scheduled Committee meetings.

The descriptions of economic and financial conditions in the minutes are based only on information that was available to the Committee at the time of the meeting.
