Samsung will integrate USDC for eligible users’ cross-border payments

The feature will let eligible Galaxy users send USDC abroad or receive local-currency payouts to bank accounts across more than 60 countries, starting late October.

CoinDesk reports Samsung is integrating USDC into its Galaxy ecosystem to support cross-border remittances for eligible users.

The program will allow users to send USDC abroad, or convert to local-currency payouts deposited into bank accounts in more than 60 countries.

Samsung says the rollout will begin late October, targeting 82 million Galaxy users who are eligible for the service.
