Treasury yields hit 24-year highs as advisor says they may fall soon
CNBC Markets reports that Treasury yields have surged to 24-year highs recently, with both the 10-year and 30-year yields moving to records for the period.
The outlet said David Zervos, a new advisor to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, described the level of yields as very high but suggested they could come down soon.
