DWF Labs-linked firms sue BitGo over alleged early token sales
The lawsuit claims BitGo sold discounted Falcon Finance and ESPORTS tokens about two months before their lock-up expired, dropping the value of remaining holdings.
DWF Labs-linked firms have filed a lawsuit in London’s High Court against BitGo, alleging wrongdoing tied to early token sales, according to Decrypt.
The plaintiffs say BitGo sold discounted Falcon Finance and ESPORTS tokens roughly two months before their lock-up period expired.
They further allege the sales caused the value of their remaining token holdings to crater.
The companies are seeking $141 million in damages in the case, as described by Decrypt.
