Crypto-aligned PAC reports $2.7M ad spending for 2026 House races

The Defend American Jobs and Protect Progress PA reported a combined $2.7 million in media spending in FEC filings, with the midterms about 22 days away.

Cointelegraph reports that with the US midterm elections approaching in 2026, a crypto-aligned political action committee announced another round of ad spending to support pro digital asset candidates.

According to Cointelegraph, affiliate entities of Fairshake, a US PAC funded largely by contributions from Cantor Fitzgerald, Coinbase, and Ripple Labs, reported millions of dollars in ad buys for candidates viewed as favorable to pro digital asset policy ahead of the elections.

The outlet says weekend Federal Election Commission filings showed a combined $2.7 million in spending on media by the Defend American Jobs and Protect Progress PA.

Cointelegraph also notes the filings were submitted with less than a month until the House races, described as 22 days until the midterms.
