Kolter Urban plans two 44-story condo towers for St. Petersburg site
The $325 million redevelopment would replace the existing 15-story Hilton hotel and add 17,988 square feet of commercial space plus a 519-space parking garage.
Kolter Urban has submitted a site plan application in St. Petersburg, outlining two 44-story condominium towers on the property currently occupied by the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront at 333 1st Street South, according to ConnectCRE.
The project is valued at $325 million and would produce 325 condo units, 17,988 square feet of commercial space, and a 519-space parking garage.
The two towers would replace the existing 15-story Hilton hotel on a 3.01-acre site at the northeast corner of 2nd Street South and 4th Avenue South, the filing shows.
ConnectCRE reports the application lists 1.32 million square feet of proposed building area, compared with about 344,000 square feet at the existing hotel.
