STAG Industrial buys 652,090-square-foot warehouse in El Paso
The 36.94-acre East El Paso property at 9600 San American Drive is 100% leased to three tenants with an average lease term of about 5.5 years.
STAG Industrial has purchased a 652,090-square-foot warehouse in El Paso, according to ConnectCRE. The deal covers the property at 9600 San American Drive, with BH Properties as the seller.
ConnectCRE said the warehouse sits in El Paso’s East industrial submarket and is near Interstate 10 and the Ysleta-Zaragoza International Bridge, described as the busiest commercial port of entry between El Paso and Mexico.
The report also said the building was built in 1983 and expanded in 1995, and it spans 36.94 acres. ConnectCRE added that the property is 100% leased to three tenants, with a weighted average lease term of about 5.5 years.
Cushman & Wakefield professionals, Jim Carpenter, Jud Clements, Robby Rieke, Emily Brandt and Trevor Berry, represented BH Properties in the transaction, ConnectCRE reported.
