Ambrose begins two-speculative buildings at Indianapolis Logistics Park
The project is part of the park’s second phase and will add about 947,000 square feet, following the recent sale of a fully leased building.
Ambrose has broken ground on two buildings at the Indianapolis Logistics Park, Northwest, a 104-acre industrial park in Whitestown, Indiana, according to ConnectCRE.
The two-speculative buildings are designed for a range of industrial uses and together total approximately 947,000 square feet, marking the start of the park’s second phase of development.
ConnectCRE also said the milestone follows the recent disposition of one park building that is fully leased to a global healthcare services and products company.
The outlet added that the park’s other existing buildings are fully occupied by Safavieh, KattSafe, Royal Interpack, and Amazon.
