Fed and FDIC publish feedback letters on resolution plans

The agencies reviewed 2025 resolution plan submissions from 15 banking organizations with more than $250 billion in assets.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Reserve Board published feedback letters for resolution plans submitted in October 2025 by 15 banking organizations with more than $250 billion in assets, according to the Federal Reserve.

In their joint review, the agencies said they did not identify shortcomings or deficiencies in the resolution plan submissions, which they describe as living wills for orderly resolution in the event of material financial distress or failure.

The agencies also said a shortcoming previously identified in the 2021 BNP Paribas resolution plan has been satisfactorily addressed.
