Shivam Autotech and Shraddha Prime set Oct. 15 rights issue record date
Both companies set Oct. 15, 2026 as the record date, and Anand Rathi Wealth also uses Oct. 15 for a ₹4 interim dividend.
Shivam Autotech and Shraddha Prime Projects have fixed October 15, 2026 as the record date for their respective rights issues, drawing investor attention ahead of Wednesday’s trading on October 14, according to LiveMint Markets. Shareholders who want to participate in the offer or receive related entitlements need to hold the stocks before the record date.
LiveMint Markets also said Anand Rathi Wealth set October 15, 2026 as the record date to determine eligibility for its ₹4 interim dividend. Under India’s T+1 settlement cycle, shares purchased on or after the record date would not qualify for the dividend.
The outlet reported that Shivam Autotech approved a rights issue of up to 10,000,000 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each to raise up to ₹12,000 lakh, or ₹120 crore. The shares are priced at ₹12 per equity share, including a premium, the report added.
