Apple sues OpenAI alleging theft of confidential information
Apple says alleged misconduct at OpenAI is “normalized” and points to what it calls leadership exemplifying the problem.
Apple has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, alleging the company engaged in the theft of confidential information, according to MarketWatch.
In its complaint, Apple characterizes the behavior as part of a broader pattern, saying misconduct is “normalized” and exemplified by OpenAI leadership, MarketWatch reported.
Apple also said the alleged issue represents only an initial portion of what it believes is a larger problem at the company, the outlet added.
