U.S. to keep holding technical talks with Iran after ceasefire strain
The United States will continue what it called technical talks with Iran after President Donald Trump said the ceasefire was effectively over, CNBC reports.
CNBC says the ceasefire agreed last month has come under serious strain in recent days as U.S. and Iranian forces exchanged attacks for consecutive days this week.
The reports also note the shift in posture comes amid heightened friction around the agreement, even as talks are expected to proceed.
