Kogevinas Group moves to Sotheby’s International Realty in Montecito

The team, which logged $265.5 million in 2025 volume across 44 sides, has closed more than $161 million in sales so far in 2026.

HousingWire reports that the seven-member Kogevinas Group has left Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to join Sotheby’s International Realty, Montecito Brokerage. According to RealTrends Verified data cited by HousingWire, the team recorded $265.5 million in sales volume in 2025 with 44 transaction sides. The group also reported more than $161 million in closed volume so far in 2026, including six deals above $10 million.

Led by Nancy Kogevinas, the team was recognized in the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings, including No. 36 among small teams nationwide and No. 13 among small teams in California, based on 2025 production.

HousingWire says the Kogevinas Group will be based out of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Montecito office, part of the firm’s Southern California operations. Sotheby’s CEO Philip White said the move strengthens the company’s presence on California’s Central Coast and expands the experience available across its global network.
