Pure Paws Veterinary Care signs for 5,000 sq ft at 1 Putnam Ave

The practice signed a 10-year lease starting July 1 at an asking rent of $75 per square foot, expanding from its current Clinton Hill site to a nearby location.

Commercial Observer reports that Pure Paws Veterinary Care is relocating its Brooklyn practice within the Clinton Hill neighborhood to a larger space at 1 Putnam Avenue, near Cambridge Place and Fulton Street.

The veterinary office signed a 5,000-square-foot lease for the mixed-use building, with the lease signed July 1 and an asking rent of $75 per square foot, according to the outlet.

Momentum Realty Group negotiated the deal for the landlord, Abe Betesh, while Babson Real Estate Advisors represented Pure Paws in the negotiations, Commercial Observer said.

Pure Paws currently operates three New York City locations, including a Clinton Hill site at 944 Fulton Street, and it was unclear when the practice will move from its current address, the outlet added.
