Storefront signs 4,700-square-foot lease at 555 West 25th Street

The two-year lease is for 4,700 square feet, with Storefront set to launch this fall.

Storefront, a new e-commerce and live shopping marketplace for brands and independent sellers, has signed a lease for 4,700 square feet at 555 West 25th Street, Commercial Observer reports.

The deal is structured as a two-year lease, with asking rent in the high $30s per square foot, according to Michael Segerman of Current Real Estate Advisors, who represented both the landlord and the tenant.

Segerman said Storefront is growing quickly and may expand within the same building in the future, and the company is expected to launch this fall.

The outlet added that the arrangement may reflect either a new location or a relocation for Storefront, and noted that Susan Rodriguez Architects recently extended its lease in the building for 4,151 square feet, with Cushman & Wakefield brokering that transaction.
