World Economic Forum signs 15-year lease for 58,131 SF at 825 Third Ave
The World Economic Forum will relocate from 350 Madison Avenue next year and take the sixth through eighth floors at Durst’s Midtown tower.
The World Economic Forum has signed a 15-year lease for 58,131 square feet at Durst’s 825 Third Avenue, Commercial Observer reports.
The Switzerland-based nonprofit will occupy the entirety of the building’s sixth through eighth floors, following a deal inked last week, according to the outlet.
Commercial Observer reports the asking rent is $83 per square foot and that the organization will relocate from 350 Madison Avenue next year.
In a statement to Commercial Observer, Matthew Blake said the space will support the group’s work in New York and globally, serving as a flexible workplace and convening hub.
