Transamerica Pyramid Center completes 113,000 sq ft of new leases in 2026
YODA PLC said five of the seven leasing deals were completed after it acquired the redeveloped property in March.
YODA PLC announced the completion of more than 113,000 square feet of new leasing activity at Transamerica Pyramid Center, tallying seven completed transactions since the start of 2026, according to ConnectCRE.
The article says five of those deals were completed after YODA acquired the redeveloped property in March from a SHVO-led ownership group, reflecting continued demand for premium space.
ConnectCRE quoted JLL San Francisco’s Chris Roeder, who linked the leasing momentum to an ongoing flight-to-quality trend and to tenants prioritizing speed-to-occupancy, with AI and growth-oriented companies cited.
Looking ahead, YODA said it will introduce a new collection of spec suites in the fourth quarter of 2026, along with premium tenant amenities at Two Transamerica, with JLL describing the suites as designed for high-quality, turnkey office space and immediate occupancy.
