Aspen Institute benchmark finds most Americans lack wealth to prosper
The benchmark, developed by the Aspen Institute, says about three-fourths of Americans fall short of the wealth level needed in the U.S. economy.
MarketWatch reports that a new benchmark created by the Aspen Institute finds that about three-fourths of Americans do not have the wealth needed to prosper in today’s U.S. economy.
The benchmark is intended to define the level of wealth people may need at different stages of adulthood, according to the report.
