Colliers completes sale of 302,400-sf industrial building in Kentucky
The build-to-suit facility at 530 Logistics Drive is fully leased to Kuehne+Nagel and spans 32.19 acres near I-64.
Colliers has completed the sale of Gray Industrial Center Building 2, a newly completed 302,400-square-foot industrial facility in Shelbyville, Kentucky, about 30 miles east of Louisville, according to ConnectCRE.
The build-to-suit distribution property at 530 Logistics Drive is fully leased to Kuehne+Nagel, and the sale was structured as a forward-funded acquisition that closed upon completion of the facility.
Colliers Industrial Capital Markets advisors Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel, along with CBRE leasing advisors Doug Butcher and Alex Grove, represented Gray Development in the transaction, ConnectCRE said.
The industrial center is on approximately 32.19 acres and sits about one mile from Interstate 64, with access to Louisville International Airport and UPS Worldport, the outlet added.
