UCHealth buys Greenwood Village office pair for $19.3 million
The two-building portfolio totals about 197,000 square feet, with UCHealth planning to consolidate administrative operations there over the next two years.
UCHealth has acquired a two-building office portfolio in Greenwood Village, Colorado, covering 6550 and 6560 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. ConnectCRE reports the deal is valued at $19.3 million, citing the Denver Business Journal.
The acquired site includes the three-story One Greenwood Plaza building and the five-story Two Greenwood Plaza building. The buildings total approximately 197,000 square feet and sit on more than 8 acres at the southeast corner of Greenwood Plaza Boulevard and South Fiddlers Green Circle.
UCHealth said it plans to consolidate its administrative functions at the properties over the next two years, according to an email. The portfolio last changed hands in 2005, when Franklin Street Properties Corp. bought the buildings for $44 million.
