BlueStone Jewellery posts 49% jump in Q1 revenue and profit

Revenue rose to ₹733 crore and EBITDA margin expanded 354 basis points to 15% despite gold customs duty increasing to 15% from 6%.

BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited reported Q1FY27 results after market hours on Tuesday, setting a strong tone for the fiscal year. The company said revenue grew 49% year on year to ₹733 crore as its product portfolio expanded and consumer relevance deepened.

LiveMint Markets reported that same store sales growth rose 39% and the company said its consumer base increased 21% year on year. It also cited higher average order values driven by repeat customers, even as customs duty on gold rose from 6% to 15%.

The company reported improved profitability supported by operating leverage, with EBITDA margin expanding by 354 basis points year on year to 15%. BlueStone posted an adjusted net profit of ₹14 crore for the June quarter, compared with an adjusted net loss of ₹21 crore in the year-ago period.

LiveMint Markets also noted the company delivered its first full year of reported profitability in FY26 and extended that positive earnings trajectory into FY27. In trading, the stock surged 53% from its all-time low of ₹399.80 per share, after gaining 14% in June and rising another 12% so far in July.
