Graycliff Capital Partners buys two apartment communities in Augusta, Georgia
The Berkadia-led transaction includes Freddie Mac financing for the buyer, Graycliff Capital Partners.
Graycliff Capital Partners has acquired two garden-style multifamily properties in Augusta, Georgia, through a transaction brokered by Berkadia, according to ConnectCRE.
The properties are Stevens Creek Commons at 100 Bon Air Drive, a 256-unit community built in 1986, and Marks Church Commons at 1700 Bowdoin Drive, a 160-unit community built in 1988. Stevens Creek Commons includes 104 one-bedroom units and 152 two-bedroom units, while Marks Church Commons has 88 one-bedroom units and 72 two-bedroom units.
Berkadia team members Mike Riley, Ian Shaw, Andrew Mays, and Paul Vetter led the sale on behalf of the seller, Haley Real Estate Group. Berkadia’s Jake Adoni and Jeremy Lynch secured financing for the buyer through Freddie Mac.
