Xtranet Technologies sets IPO price band at ₹120 to ₹127
The book-built issue is sized at ₹166.80 crore and will open for bidding July 23, closing July 27, with shares expected to list on July 30.
Xtranet Technologies Limited has set the price band for its mainboard IPO at ₹120 to ₹127 per share, with a face value of ₹10 per share, LiveMint Markets reported.
The IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹166.80 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 1.31 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale component. Bidding will open on July 23 and close on July 27, and the company expects its shares to debut on the NSE and BSE on July 30.
For allocation, up to 50% of the net issue is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers, at least 15% is allocated to Non-Institutional Investors, and at least 35% is earmarked for Retail Individual Investors. The minimum bid size is 110 shares, which requires a minimum investment of ₹13,970 for retail investors at the upper end of the price band.
The company plans to use IPO proceeds to repay or prepay certain outstanding borrowings, fund capital expenditure for systems and hardware, cover working capital needs, and support general corporate purposes. Share India Capital Services Private Limited is the book-running lead manager, KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar, and anchor investor bidding is scheduled for July 22, 2026.
