Brennan Investment Group buys 439,600-SF Boise industrial portfolio
The three tilt-up buildings, completed in 2023 and fully leased, are located in Nampa near Interstate 84.
Brennan Investment Group has acquired a three-building industrial portfolio totaling 439,600 square feet in Nampa, Idaho, according to ConnectCRE.
The purchase marks Brennan’s entry into the Boise industrial market through a fully leased, institutional-quality asset, with the three tilt-up buildings completed in 2023.
The properties are positioned just minutes from Interstate 84 in Nampa, in the Boise area’s largest and highest-absorbing industrial submarket, and they include 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and truck courts exceeding 130 feet.
In a statement, Brennan said the deal provides a foundation for expanding its presence in what it views as one of the fastest-growing industrial markets in the Western United States.
