Hyperscale Data raises Bitcoin holdings above 1,000 BTC

The NYSE-listed company reported 1,087.4527 BTC as of Sunday, valuing the stake at about $72.4 million, after its Ault Capital Group unit bought roughly 51.5 BTC in the week ended July 19.

Hyperscale Data, an AI data center company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, said it has increased its Bitcoin holdings to more than 1,000 BTC. In a disclosure, the company reported it held 1,087.4527 BTC as of Sunday, which it valued at about $72.4 million based on current prices, with the coins held through wholly owned subsidiaries Sentinum, Inc. and Ault Capital Group, Inc.

During the week ended July 19, Ault Capital Group added roughly 51.5 BTC through open-market purchases, according to the report. The latest figure represents a sharp step up from a late March 2026 holding of 627.9 BTC, meaning Hyperscale has nearly doubled its position in under four months.

The company framed the buying as part of a plan to build a $100 million digital asset treasury and move toward parity between its Bitcoin holdings and market capitalization. With a market cap of roughly $63 million, the company said its Bitcoin alone is worth more than the firm itself before counting cash or its operating businesses.

Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III said Hyperscale now holds more than $70 million in Bitcoin and argued the market is assigning little or no value to the company’s cash, Michigan data center, and operating businesses. He added that Hyperscale intends to keep executing on its strategy while pointing to the growing gap between market capitalization and underlying value.
