IRS leader denied spying on colleagues when at JPMorgan

Frank Bisignano, who leads the IRS and also heads Social Security, denied allegations that he spied on colleagues during his time at JPMorgan.

WSJ Markets reports that Bisignano directed staff to use software to snoop in the email of rivals and to surveil the work of employees.

The report says Bisignano denied he ever carried out the alleged surveillance of co-workers.
