The book-built IPO opens for public subscription July 23-27, with listing on NSE and BSE expected on July 30, 2026.
Lohia Corp has set a price band of ₹404 to ₹425 per equity share for its ₹1,101.28 crore initial public offering, according to LiveMint Markets.
The IPO is a 100% offer-for-sale structure, with no fresh issue proceeds for the company, and will be book-built with an offer size of 2.59 crore equity shares.
Anchor investor participation is scheduled to open on July 22, 2026, followed by the public subscription period from July 23 to July 27, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected on July 28, and shares are planned to list on both the National Stock Exchange and BSE on July 30, 2026.
The company reported FY26 revenues of ₹17,169.95 million, and the anchor plus retail and institutional allocations include at least 75% reserved for qualified institutional buyers, up to 15% for non-institutional investors, and up to 10% for retail. LiveMint Markets also noted that the current grey market premium is ₹36 per share, implying an estimated listing price of around ₹461, though GMP is described as an informal indicator rather than a decision basis.
