MDH buys 557,000-square-foot Lakeland warehouse portfolio for $67.7M
The three-building acquisition totals 557,000 square feet and sits on 28.5 acres in Polk County, near Interstate 4 and Lakeland Linder International Airport.
MDH has paid $67.7 million for a three-building warehouse portfolio in Lakeland, Florida, a deal highlighted by ConnectCRE.
The properties, known as Lakeland Commer Center Buildings 100 through 300, total 557,000 square feet and are located on 28.5 acres at 3490 County Line Road in Polk County.
Stonemount was the seller, and a JLL Capital Markets team represented Stonemount, with the group led by Cody Brais, John Huguenard, Luis Castillo, Taylor Osborne, David Orta Jr., and Mia Gian.
ConnectCRE also noted that Lakeland’s industrial market recorded nearly 3 million square feet of net absorption in 2025, matching the historic 2021 peak and representing a 74.0% year-over-year increase.
