Alpha Compute shifts to revenue generation with live ALPHA-01 cluster
The company says its ALPHA-01 deployment is processing customer workloads under a two-year, $32.2 million contract and generating $16.1 million in annual contracted revenue.
Alpha Compute says it is moving beyond early infrastructure buildout, pointing to its live ALPHA-01 AI compute cluster as the primary driver for its growth outlook. In its latest quarterly update, the company said ALPHA-01 is operating with 504 NVIDIA B200 GPUs and is processing customer workloads under a two-year, $32.2 million agreement.
Yahoo Finance reports that the ALPHA-01 contract supports $16.1 million of annual contracted revenue, compared with roughly $30,000 of quarterly compute revenue before the deal. The update also states the company received a $7.5 million reservation payment tied to the contract.
Looking ahead, Alpha Compute said ALPHA-02 is targeting a late-3Q26 deployment with 576 B300 GPUs. The company also highlighted its GAMEE business, adding that GAMEE contributes 120 million users and is supporting a scaled application layer that can create additional monetization channels and internal demand for Alpha Compute's infrastructure.
Alpha Compute said a $21 million to $23 million annualized revenue run-rate outlook and a $200+ million qualified pipeline underpin its near-term growth and contract-conversion potential. The update attributes the oversight strengthening to Enzo Villani's appointment as President, citing its role in strategy, capital allocation, and execution as ALPHA-01 and the GAMEE platforms scale.
