Coinbase Canada plans “Everything Exchange” with tokenized stocks this month
Coinbase Canada said tokenized stock trading for non-U.S. users, including Canadians, is planned for this month and is designed to settle instantly and trade 24/7.
Coinbase Canada is working to bring its “Everything Exchange” to Canadian users, aiming to combine crypto, stocks, ETFs, and prediction markets in a single app, with no hard launch date set, according to Decrypt.
Coinbase Canada CEO Eric Richmond said the platform is intended to be a single financial account experience for Canadians, building on its initial phase focused on crypto exchange services.
Tokenized stocks, which record real-company shares on a blockchain and are designed to settle instantly and trade around the clock, are planned for non-U.S. users this month, with full dividend rights included.
Decrypt also noted Coinbase has been coordinating with local regulators as it plans the rollout, while adding that its U.S. build-out is already underway with stock and ETF trading opened to eligible American users in February 2026 and prediction markets launched in January through Kalshi.
