Indo-MIM IPO opens for subscription on July 23 after downsizing
The offer is priced between ₹461 and ₹485 per share, with an estimated grey-market listing price of ₹679 based on current premium.
Indo-MIM Ltd is set to open its initial public offering for subscriptions on July 23, after the company pared the deal size from an earlier plan. The Bengaluru-based precision engineering firm, which uses metal injection molding technology, said the IPO will include a ₹500 crore fresh issue plus an offer for sale by existing shareholders and promoters.
The IPO will close on July 27, with listing anticipated for July 30. Indo-MIM fixed the price band at ₹461 to ₹485 per equity share of face value Re 1, with a lot size of 30 equity shares and bids in multiples of 30 shares.
Financially, the company reported net profit growth of 26% year-on-year to ₹533.5 crore for FY26, alongside a 26% rise in revenue from operations to ₹4,193 crore, driven by demand across its end markets. Indo-MIM also said it operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the US, the UK, and Mexico, and claims a 6.8% global market share in MIM components.
On the structure and proceeds, the IPO downsizing reduces the fresh issue to ₹500 crore, while the offer for sale is scaled down, according to LiveMint Markets. In the grey market, the outlet cited a current premium with the IPO GMP at +194, implying an estimated listing price of ₹679 per share, after GMP readings over the last five sessions fluctuated between ₹168 and ₹213.
