Local Development Group launches sales at 23 Ocean Parkway condos
The Windsor offers 98 for-sale condominiums priced from $525,000 to $1.67 million, plus 33 affordable rental units under the state’s old 421-a program.
Commercial Observer reports that The Windsor, a red-brick condo development at 23 Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn’s Windsor Terrace, has 98 units for sale, developed by Local Development Group.
The building spans 18,000 square feet of interconnected, WiFi-enabled indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and includes a landscaped rooftop area for residents.
Prices for the condominiums range from $525,000 for studios to $1.67 million for three-bedroom units, with sales launched in June, according to Commercial Observer.
The development also includes 33 rental units designated as affordable housing under the state’s old 421-a tax abatement program, while leadership said the project was designed to match the neighborhood’s established, understated look.
