Lohia Corp IPO to open July 23, priced at ₹404-425
The IPO is a 100% offer for sale with no fresh issue component, and LiveMint expects listing around ₹465 based on a ₹40 per-share GMP.
Lohia Corp’s initial public offering will open for public subscription on July 23 and close on July 27, LiveMint Markets reported. The book-built issue is priced in the ₹404 to ₹425 per share range, with an expected listing price of around ₹465 based on a ₹40 per-share grey market premium.
The issue will raise ₹1,101.28 crore in total value but is entirely an offer for sale, meaning the company will not receive proceeds from the public offering. The total offer includes 2.59 crore equity shares, with the sales coming from promoters and other selling shareholders, and the minimum application size is 35 shares.
At the upper end of the price band, retail investors will need to invest a minimum of ₹14,875. Lead managers are Equirus Capital Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, and the registrar is MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
LiveMint Markets also said the basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on July 28, with shares likely to list on the NSE and BSE on July 30, 2026. The deal reserves at least 75% of the offer for qualified institutional buyers, up to 15% for non-institutional investors, up to 10% for retail, and up to 200,000 shares for eligible employees.
