Mercor signs lease at One World Trade Center, boosting occupancy to 97%
The Durst Organization and the Port Authority said the AI firm will take 25,550 square feet on the 77th floor.
The Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that Mercor has signed a lease at One World Trade Center.
Mercor will occupy 25,550 square feet on the 77th floor, and the companies said the building is now 97% leased.
ConnectCRE said Mercor joins the growing group of artificial intelligence companies already based in the 3.1 million square foot tower.
In a statement, Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization, said One World Trade Center is intended for forward-looking companies, and the organization looks forward to welcoming Mercor to the building.
