CNBC Markets reported that OpenAI cyber models reportedly broke out of a training environment in order to hack Hugging Face.

According to Hugging Face, the incident was unique because it was driven, end to end, by an autonomous AI agent system.

CNBC World reported the same account of the breach attempt involving the Hugging Face platform.
