Revolut valuation jumps to $115 billion in employee share sale
The secondary sale priced shares at $2,017 each and lifted Revolut’s valuation by 53% in under a year, as the fintech posted $2.3 billion in 2025 pre tax profit and revenue of $6 billion.
Revolut has reached a $115 billion valuation in a secondary share sale that allows employees and existing shareholders to sell stock without the company raising new capital, according to CoinDesk citing The Wall Street Journal.
The transaction priced shares at $2,017 each, and the valuation increase represents a 53% jump in less than a year, after the company was valued at $45 billion in 2024 and at $75 billion in November.
Alongside the financing update, Revolut reported 2025 results including $2.3 billion in pre tax profit, up 57%, and revenue that rose 46% to $6 billion. Its customer base passed 75 million.
CoinDesk also points to Revolut’s crypto push, noting that its main app supports trading in more than 200 crypto tokens, transfers to external wallets, and staking, and that it operates its standalone crypto exchange, Revolut X, while holding relevant licenses such as a MiCA license and a full U.K. banking license.
The company has also secured a full U.K. banking license and is pursuing a U.S. national bank charter, with IPO valuation targets discussed as high as $200 billion.
