Tishman Speyer locks in leases totaling 149,155 square feet at 125 High St
The deals include a 5,740-square-foot expansion for MG+M The Law Firm and lease renewals and expansions that raise totals with William Blair and Breckinridge Capital Advisors.
Tishman Speyer has signed lease agreements totaling 149,155 square feet at 125 High St., its 1.5-million-square-foot office campus in Boston’s Financial District, according to ConnectCRE.
The agreements include a 5,740-square-foot expansion with MG+M The Law Firm that will grow the firm’s headquarters to 44,580 square feet, plus a nine-year lease extension for 20,115 square feet by William Blair.
ConnectCRE also said Tishman Speyer added a three-year extension with asset manager Breckinridge Capital Advisors to keep its 16,460-square-foot headquarters, and two additional long-term tenants signed lease extensions and expansions totaling 68,000 square feet.
The report said Tishman Speyer recently revamped the campus, which spans three towers connected by a central atrium lobby, with new and enhanced amenities, expanded coworking and event spaces, and hospitality-inspired lobbies and common areas. Jeff Moore, a managing director at Tishman Speyer, said the company will keep investing in amenities and the customer experience to strengthen the property’s appeal.
