ConnectCRE reports that Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of 1939 N. Kenmore Ave., an 18-unit multifamily property in Los Feliz, Los Angeles.

The property sold for $5.28 million. Built in 1929, the Spanish-style building totals 18,317 square feet on a 0.26-acre parcel.

According to ConnectCRE, the buyer was Dream Street Capital, represented by Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Jeff Louks and Elliot Sabag. The seller was a private seller.

The outlet said the buyer plans to complete a renovation and restoration program, noting that properties with the building’s character and long family ownership rarely come to market in Los Feliz.
