Diversified advances 24-acre mixed-use project in San Tan Valley
The plan calls for about 25,000 square feet of retail space and a roughly 50,000-square-foot medical building under contract with OrthoArizona.
ConnectCRE reports that Diversified Partners is moving forward with a new 24-acre mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Ironwood Road and Ranch Road in San Tan Valley.
The project is designed to include approximately 25,000 square feet of proposed retail space and an approximately 50,000-square-foot medical building, which is under contract with OrthoArizona.
ConnectCRE says additional opportunities remain for retail, restaurants, ground lease and build-to-suit users, with components such as multiple shop buildings, a hard corner pad with drive-thru potential, two additional pad sites and the medical building.
The outlet reports the site is along Ironwood Road within one of Arizona’s most active growth corridors and in Pinal County, described as the nation’s second-fastest-growing county, and that Diversified’s Walt Brown Jr. tied the project to rising demand for retail, dining and healthcare services.
