Durst announces three office leases totaling 11,223 sq ft at 1133 Avenue

Quantexa took the largest share with 5,263 square feet, while theater company Olympus Theatricals and Global Securitization Services renewed smaller spaces totaling 5,960 square feet.

The Durst Organization said it has secured three leases for prebuilt office suites at its 1133 Avenue of the Americas, totaling 11,223 square feet, according to Commercial Observer.

The largest lease was signed by software company Quantexa, which will occupy 5,263 square feet in the building. Olympus Theatricals renewed its lease for 3,345 square feet, and financial services firm Global Securitization Services renewed for 2,615 square feet, though the lease terms were not disclosed.

Durst President Jody Durst said the deals reflect what tenants are seeking, quality space in a best-in-class building. Quantexa’s representatives included Aidan Campbell of Colliers, while Durst said it handled representation in-house.

1133 Avenue of the Americas is a 1.1 million-square-foot, 45-story Class A tower near Bryant Park. Other named tenants include ING Group, which renewed and added space in December 2025, as well as Charles Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Take-Two Interactive, and law firms including Massumi + Consoli and Steptoe, the article notes.
